About

The Punjab Officers Co-operative House Building Society Ltd., Mohali is a registered co-operative society established with the objective of providing planned residential and commercial infrastructure to its members. The Society primarily caters to Punjab Government officers and other eligible professionals, promoting transparent allotment processes, collective welfare, and sustainable urban development.

The Society has successfully undertaken housing projects for its members and is presently managing its project at Banur (District SAS Nagar). All activities of the Society are governed by its Bye-laws and decisions approved by the General Body and the Executive Committee from time to time.

Governance

The affairs of the Society are managed by an elected Executive Committee / Governing Body, constituted in accordance with the provisions of the Punjab Co-operative Societies Act and the Society’s Bye-laws.

The Governing Body is responsible for:
Policy decisions and strategic direction
Approval of projects, allotments, and auctions
Financial oversight and statutory compliance
Safeguarding the interests of members
