AUCTION NOTICE
The Punjab Officers Co-operative House Building Society Ltd., Mohali proposes to conduct an open auction for the disposal of the following properties available after allotment to all members:
Available Inventory:
• Two SCOs measuring 17’ x 70’ (132.22 sq. yds each) – SCO No. 25 and SCO No. 25 A
• One Residential Plot measuring 25’6” x 48’ (136.00 sq. yds) – Plot No. 218
The decision to conduct the auction was approved in the General Body Meeting held on 30.11.2025. The auction is open to:
• Existing members of the Society
• Persons eligible to become members of the Society
Eligibility Criteria:
• Government Employees (Central/State/PSUs/Boards/Corporations) of Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’
• Non-Government Professionals such as Doctors, Engineers, Architects, MBAs, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Assistant Professors/Lecturers, Managers/Assistant Managers of Private Banks or Companies, and other professionals with a minimum gross annual income of ₹12.00 lakh (as per ITR)
• Parents, spouses, children, or grandchildren of existing members
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD):
Interested applicants must deposit the following amount through Demand Draft only, at least 72 hours prior to the auction:
• ₹3,00,000/- (approx. 2% of reserve price) for each SCO
• ₹1,00,000/- (approx. 2% of reserve price) for the residential plot
Payment Terms:
• 25% of the auction amount to be paid within 10 days of issuance of the Letter of Intent
• Remaining 75% amount to be paid within 60 days from the date of issuance of the Letter of Intent
